Agents/Brokers

Agents and Brokers who would like their own business may setup a Branch Office of First American Mortgage, Inc. For those who would like to work from home, we offer a Branch ID Package for a more professional appearance.

• Use our Conference Room to meet with your clients.
• Use our address for mailings and courier services.
• List and sell real estate.
• Originate Loans.
• Hire other Agents to work for you. (Salespeople must have at least 2 years experience)
• Get approved with over 150 lenders.

Loan Processor

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for successfully processing a loan from origination to closing, using the Signature Funding processing flow policies and procedures. This position reports to the Processing Supervisor.

Quality Control

The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for accurate and thorough review of all incoming mortgage loan files, with adherence to Department of Real Estate and First American Mortgage guidelines. Knowledge of standard mortgage loan documents and terms is required. Our files include conventional, FHA, and VA loans. This person is expected to be detail-oriented and a self starter.
